Lot
- The Market-Wide Circuit Breaker System (MWCBS) will now be triggered once when the BIST 100 Index declines by 6% or more compared to the previous day’s closing (instead of the former 5% / 7% two-stage structure).
- The suspension period under the MWCBS has been shortened:
– Equity Market instruments will be suspended for 10 minutes (previously 20 minutes).
– Derivatives Market instruments will be suspended for 20 minutes (previously 30 minutes).
- If the MWCBS is triggered within the last 30 minutes of the Equity Market continuous trading session (from 17:30 onwards), trading will resume with the closing session.
- In the Derivatives Market, if the MWCBS is triggered after 17:30, trading in equity and index-based contracts will resume at 18:08 with the VIOP_SUREKLI_MZYD session.
- The uptick rule threshold for short selling transactions based on the BIST 100 Index decline has been reduced from 3% to 2% and will apply until the end of the session.
Closing Price
- First level: The minimum amount required for trade reporting is TRY 10 million and the maximum amount is TRY 50 million.
Within this range, trade reporting can be realized within ±6% price limits over the last trading price of the related share, provided that the daily price limits are not exceeded.
- Second level: The minimum amount required for trade reporting is TRY 50,000,001 and the maximum amount is TRY 250 million.
Within this range, trade reporting can be realized within ±10% price limits over the last trading price of the related share, provided that the daily price limits are not exceeded.
